Academic integrity

Flycodx Mentorship teaches concepts and reviews code that students write themselves. We do not write, complete, debug-to-completion or submit graded assignments, projects or exams on a student's behalf.

Our sessions focus on understanding — explaining how something works, reviewing your approach, and helping you learn to solve problems independently. If a request would amount to doing graded work for you, we'll decline and explain why.

Live batches

Reserving a seat is free and does not commit you to pay. When your batch is confirmed, we email you the start date, class schedule, price and a payment link. Your seat is held for 72 hours; after that it may be released to the next person.

The batch price is fixed when you pay and does not change with the number of students in the batch. If a batch does not form, you are never charged and can wait for the next one or cancel your reservation at any time.

Refunds

Live batches: full refund if you cancel before the batch starts, or before the start of the third class. After that, no refund for classes already held.

If we cancel or postpone a batch after you've paid, you choose: a full refund or a seat in the next batch.

1:1 plans: unused prepaid sessions are refunded in full on request within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. To request one, email [email protected].

Rescheduling (1:1)

Reschedule free up to 24 hours before a session. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice count as used.

Minors (AP CS A and high-school students)

Bookings for students under 18 are made by a parent or guardian, who is the main contact and receives all communication. Sessions happen only with the parent's consent and involvement where appropriate.

Parents receive the batch confirmation, payment link and class details, and may attend or review recordings of classes their child joins.

Privacy of other students

We never share other students' names, schools or contact details before or after enrolment. In live classes, students can use a first name only and keep their camera off. Class recordings are shared only with students of that batch.

Privacy

When you book a call or reserve a batch we collect your name, email, country, institution, year and (optionally) your course, goal and preferred time, plus the batch you reserved, so we can prepare and follow up. For parent bookings we also collect the parent's name and email.

We may record the campaign that referred you (UTM parameters) to understand which channels work. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
