A Pune quiz show eliminates one contestant per round (the one with the lowest score). Given all contestants' scores, simulate the elimination process and return the original index of the winner.
Approach
Given an array of N contestant scores, simulate N-1 elimination rounds where the contestant with minimum score is removed each round. Return the winner's original array index.
