Arjun works for Pro Kabaddi League's analytics team in Mumbai, calculating final team scores. Each team earns a bonus multiplier if more than 50% of their raids are successful. Scoring rule: total = (sum of raid points + sum of tackle points), multiplied by 1.5 when MORE than 50% of raids scored points (raid value > 0). Round to 1 decimal.
Approach
Given arrays of raid points and tackle points, calculate total score with 1.5x multiplier if successful raids exceed 50% of total raids.
